Production Lead Time – From Order Sample & Bulk Order Manufacturing to Shipment

We know lead time directly affects your inventory and sales plan. Below is our standard timeline for different order types. All timelines are counted from the date we receive your deposit and final confirmation of all specifications (color, logo, packaging, and any custom functions).

Sample Order Lead Time – 7 to 15 days
For existing products without customization: 7-10 days.
For existing products with custom color / logo / retail box: 10-15 days.
For fully customized samples (new mold or PCBA): 25-30 days (please contact our engineering team for a detailed schedule).
Samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch.

Bulk Order Lead Time – 25 to 40 days (after sample approval)
Lead time depends on order quantity and customization level:

• 500–1,000 units (standard products, no customization): 25–30 days

• 1,000–3,000 units (custom color / logo / retail box): 30–35 days

• 3,000–10,000 units (moderate customization, mixed models): 35–40 days

• 10,000+ units or high-complexity customization (new mold, PCBA change): Please contact us for a project-based schedule.

How We Keep You Updated – Order Tracking Process
We do not let your order go dark. Every bulk order follows a 4-stage notification system:

• Stage 1 – Material Preparation (Day 1–10): We confirm that all raw materials, components, and packaging materials have arrived or are confirmed in production. You receive a material status report with photos.

• Stage 2 – Production & In-Process QC (Day 10–25): Assembly line starts. We share production photos or short videos every 5 days. IPQC reports are available on request.

• Stage 3 – 100% Final Test & OQA (Day 25–35): Every unit is functionally tested. OQA random inspection report and packing list are shared with you before final payment.

• Stage 4 – Shipment & Documentation (Day 35–40): Container loading photos, bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and any required certificates are sent to you within 24 hours after sailing.
