We don't outsource critical steps. Here's what we do in-house.

• High‑Speed Brushless Motor – In‑house designed, up to 110,000 RPM : Our brushless DC motor reaches up to 110,000 RPM. Designed for longevity and low noise, it is the core of our high-speed hair dryer. We control the winding, balancing,  assembly and  Testing.

• Hair Dryer & Hair Styler PCBA & Firmware – Custom temperature control and negative ion solutions : We develop the PCBA and temperature control firmware in-house. This allows us to customize negative ion concentration, thermal cut-off points, and power modes for different markets (110V/220V).

• Mould & Tooling – Rapid prototyping and mould development : From rapid hair styling tools prototyping to mass production molds, our tooling team supports full cosmetic and Packing customization. You are not limited to existing shells and hair care product Pcaking.

• Full Assembly Line – 40+ staff, over 50% in R&D and quality control : We operate a dedicated assembly line with 40+ staff, over 50% in R&D and quality control. Each workstation follows standardized SOPs, and every unit undergoes in-process checks before moving to the next stage.

• Quality Inspection – 4‑stage QC: IQC, IPQC, 100% final test, outgoing random : We follow a 4‑stage QC process: IQC (incoming component inspection), IPQC (in-process checks at critical assembly points), 100% final test (every unit is functionally tested), and outgoing random inspection (packaging and labeling verification). This ensures consistent quality for every shipment.
