Our 4-Stage Quality Assurance System

Every Teejoin hair care product goes through a documented 4-stage QC process. We don't do batch sampling — we test every single unit before it leaves our factory.

Stage 1 – IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
All raw materials and components are inspected before entering our warehouse. This includes PCBs, motors, shells, cables, and packaging materials. Any batch that does not meet our specification sheet is rejected immediately.

Stage 2 – IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
During assembly, our quality team checks critical control points: motor balancing, heating element alignment, PCBA soldering quality, and temperature calibration. Workstations follow standardized SOPs with real-time checklists.

Stage 3 – 100% Final Function Test
Every single finished product is powered on and tested. For hair dryers: we measure wind speed (up to 25 m/s), temperature accuracy (±3°C), noise level, and safety cut-off function. For styling tools: we test heat-up time, temperature stability, and automatic shut-off. No unit passes without a full test report.

Stage 4 – OQA (Outgoing Quality Assurance) Random Inspection
Before sealing each shipment, our OQA team randomly samples from every batch. They verify: cosmetic appearance, label correctness, packaging strength, and accessory completeness. Only when the sample passes does the batch get released for shipping.

This 4-stage system has been running on our assembly line for years. It is why buyers from more than 20 countries reorder without repeated sample approval.
