After-Sales & Technical Support – What Happens After You Receive Your Order
We see every shipment as the start of a long-term partnership, not the end of a transaction. Here is exactly what you can expect after your container arrives.
12-Month Standard Warranty
All Teejoin Smart Small Appliance products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including motor failure, PCBA malfunction, heating element issues, and switch defects. Consumable parts (such as filters or replaceable pads) are not covered unless they show factory defects.
Technical Documentation & Troubleshooting Library
Every customer receives access to our private support portal. You will find: product user manuals in PDF, exploded parts diagrams, common fault codes and solutions, and video guides for basic diagnosis. This helps your local support team solve simple issues without waiting for our reply.
12-Working-Hour Technical Response
For issues that are not solved by documentation, our engineering team responds within 12 working hours (Monday–Friday, Shenzhen time). We ask you to provide: order number, product model, clear description of the problem, and photos or a short video if possible. We then give you a root cause analysis and a proposed solution.
Replacement & Repair Process
If our team confirms a warranty-covered defect: For small components (PCBA, motor, switches), we ship replacement parts directly to you. For complete units, we decide together whether to repair locally (with our guidance) or return to our factory. Return shipping for confirmed warranty cases is covered by Teejoin. We do not ask customers to pay for repairs on manufacturing defects.
Spare Parts Supply
We keep critical spare parts in stock for at least two years after your last order. You can order extra motors, PCBs, heating elements, filters, or complete handles separately. This allows you to run your own local service center without relying on us for every small replacement.
